Domestic Repairs:

Unless exempted in writing, ‘The Carpet and Vinyl Repairman’ provides an assurance against the failure of seams to repairs, and where carpet has been reseamed during ‘Restretching’ works. This assurance applies to failure where repairs have been subjected to only normal day to day foot traffic and where carpets have been ‘Steam Cleaned’ by qualified professionals.

The Carpet and Viny Repairman will repair failed seams but will not be responsible for the supply of additional carpet that may be required.

At the discretion of The Carpet and Vinyl Repairman a refund of the original cost of the repair or a portion thereof may be offered
